If you are a Software professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! The MES Software Lead Engineer would lead the software development and configuration in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects.

• Lead the detail design, implementation, test of MES solution for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform- Syncade as per best practices.
• Lead, design, implement, and test a full stack of Syncade MES technologies (using ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL, VB Script and VB.Net) on Lifesciences Projects.
• Engage with the project stakeholders, customer/users, conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, define functional requirements, and review software solutions.  
• Work with Solution Architects/SMEs to ensure that functional Design and development aligns with User requirements, Solution and guidelines and standards. 
• Develop Webpart, Batch Reports and Integration with L2, L3 and L4 systems (eg ERP integrations- Oracle EBS, SAP, LIMS, CMMS etc) 
• Create and maintain required documentation for the project execution.
• Proactively manage communications within team.
• Plan and organize the work of a project team and report progress status.
• Identify, support to manage the risk and ensures prompt resolution of issues and removing roadblocks.
