[1st: 7am – 3pm, 2nd: 3pm – 11pm, 3rd: 11pm – 7am]
Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
Safely operator necessary areas of machinery
Utilizing basic shop math while inspecting product (accurately reading tape measure, gauges, and other testing equipment)
- Effectively able to follow directions to complete quality inspections and administrative document checks with accuracy
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the work area is clean, organized, and maintained especially during production downtimes. This will include the following clean-up functions: blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in the IP safety culture
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments
- Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Willingness to learn production processes
- Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment
- Organizing skills, basic math skills, comprehension skills, and safety observations
- Able to effectively communicate with the team, productions supervisors, and maintenance crew
