Within the Group, you will join the Group Performance Management department Within this Department, you will be part of the team GPM - Controlling European Markets team YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll do • Support the team in preparing monthly analysis covering financial and non-financial performance indicators; • Support the team in providing management presentations and regular update on business performance and budget execution; • Participate in forecasting, financial planning and budgeting processes, providing right figures and analysis; • With the support of the team, prepare benchmarking analysis with external competitors; • With the support of the team, prepare ad hoc analysis on transversal business / financial topics YOUR PROFILE Who you are Good understanding of finance and reporting principles, basic understanding of insurance topics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to organise, analyse and summarise data and messages in a clear, structured way We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.
