We’re seeking a curious, analytical Global Sales & Operations Planning Intern to join our Global Sales & Operations Planning team. Your tasks

• Support the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle by updating and validating data sources using internal business intelligence and reporting tools
• Support preparation and updating of Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel in alignment with defined S&OP timelines
• Support analysis and consolidation of planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the S&OP process
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional S&OP meetings
• Create and maintain process documentation for Global S&OP processes to be used for internal training purposes (PowerPoint) and for external vendors during future software implementations (BPMN)
• Support Global S&OP projects with administrative and coordination tasks, including follow‑up on action items and documentation of decisions

Qualifications

• Recently completed or studying towards pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Process Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Interest in process development, data analytics, change management and project management
• Basic understanding of Demand & Supply Planning or S&OP concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
• Passion for enabling organizations to deliver their best possible performance, curious, proactive, independent and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment
• Preferred: Initial professional experience in process management, data analytics or supply chain
