Information Security Senior Analyst
As an Information Security Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in protecting Nasdaq's cloud-based and on-premise systems through penetration testing, red teaming activities, and comprehensive risk assessments. You'll also contribute to innovative projects in the digital assets and cryptocurrency space.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct penetration testing and red teaming exercises to identify and address security vulnerabilities across enterprise systems.
- Perform risk assessments for cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, evaluating attack surfaces and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Develop and test exploits, privilege escalation techniques, and lateral movement scenarios to strengthen security posture.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization on projects related to digital assets and cryptocurrencies, delivering security guidance and solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across time zones to align on security objectives and support secure delivery of business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in penetration testing and information security.
- Strong knowledge of offensive security techniques, including exploit development, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.
- Good understanding of cloud environments and the unique attack surfaces they introduce.
- Clear communicator with experience working collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active interest or experience in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar.
- Experience with security tools and frameworks used in red teaming and penetration testing.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
