Indirect Control Tower Analyst
What You Can Expect
The primary responsibilities of the Indirect Control Tower Analyst are to support procurement in enforcing spend governance and transparency across defined categories and value thresholds. They will be responsible for producing recurring spend analytics, managing a structured weekly review cadence, and identifying spend exceptions that fall outside established procurement policies, contracts, or category strategies. The Analyst will work directly with category managers, Finance, and business stakeholders to review non-standard spend, document business rationale, and track actions and decisions to closure.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
How You'll Create Impact
- Manage weekly spend review cadence, including preparation, facilitation, and documentation
- Analyze enterprise spend data to identify exceptions and variances within defined scope
- Identify spend outside preferred suppliers or contracts
- Partner with category managers to route non-standard spend to sourcing, approval, or corrective actions
- Track actions and decisions from spend reviews to closure
- Report spend trends, risks, and compliance metrics to procurement leadership
- Support implementation of procurement best practices through spend governance
- Support refinement of spend control rules and thresholds
- Improve spend classification and data quality
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, supplier, and transaction data in ERP systems
- Keep category managers informed on spend issues and progress
What Makes You Stand Out
- 2+ years of track record in Strategic Procurement

Your Background
Required Skills
- Proven ability to review, analyze, and interpret internal spend data across multiple categories.
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience owning and managing a large, ongoing end‑to‑end spend review process.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior‑level stakeholders, including directors, to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience Range: 2+ Years.
