In 2009, Linfox signed the Australian Employment Covenant (AEC) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into careers and help close the gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and non-Indigenous Australians.

Our focus is to create meaningful and sustainable jobs for our Indigenous team members by supporting them during their employment journey with advice, mentoring and other specialist support.

Since 2010, Linfox has successfully employed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in a range of operational transport and logistics roles working with some of Australia’s largest iconic brands.

From day one with Linfox, our Indigenous team members are equipped with the skills and training to join Linfox on site, at head office or on the road. Cross-cultural training programs have been delivered nationally to managers and supervisors throughout the business and mentoring training is provided to sites when needed.

Linfox engages with Indigenous businesses to provide services wherever possible.

Linfox has received awards for outstanding contributions towards increasing Indigenous employment opportunities.
