Job Summary
As a key member of the Commercial Operations Analytics team, this role ensures the stability, scalability, and improvement of global IBP (Integrated Business Planning) reporting solutions. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Python- and SQL-based data preparation pipelines, supporting and improving existing Power BI dashboards, and creating new reporting solutions to enable business continuity. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, excellent self-organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while communicating effectively with global stakeholders.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Role & Responsibiilties
- Maintain, improve, and automate existing Python- and SQL-based data pipelines supporting IBP processes.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support global Demand Planning leads, Business Unit Directors, and Senior Leadership.
- Create new analytics and dashboards to address emerging business requirements across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
- Ensure reliability and performance of the IBP Application in Power BI as the global reporting platform.
- Partner with the Global Center of Excellence (CoE) and Data Architecture teams to maintain scalable, accessible data infrastructure.
- Support regional teams by ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and consistent KPI definitions across the organization.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing maintenance, improvement, and project-based work.

- Medium-level Power BI skills for dashboard development and maintenance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders and build trust across regions.
Your Background
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong professional experience with Python and SQL (data processing, automation, integration with BI tools).
- Practical experience with Power BI (development, deployment, DAX, data models).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Oracle, SAP-HANA, or other enterprise ERP data sources is a plus.
- Experience using version control systems (Git) and collaborative coding practices.
