Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own platform‑level IB execution for common device foundations across products
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for platform‑related quality and field issues
- Drive design improvements, VCP initiatives, and obsolescence management at the platform level
- Partner with product teams to align IB priorities and release strategies
- Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing to address lifecycle, quality, and availability risks
- Establish IB metrics and feedback loops to inform platform evolution
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing IB engineering team aligned with platform priorities

- Product teams and lifecycle owners

- Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Support organizations
- Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, quality, or IB roles
- Strong experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with regulated product environments
Preferred Experience / Leadership Expectations
- Experience managing IB for shared platforms or common hardware
- Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Ability to balance short‑term issue resolution with long‑term platform sustainability
