Brenntag Algeria Chimie is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Tead Lead who is going to be based in Algeria and going to responsible of the entire North Africa Region’s HR management over in Algeria, Tunisia & Morocco. Job Description - Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Gather information on hours worked for each employee, calculate the correct amount for monthly payroll, deductions, bonuses etc., address issues questions regarding payroll from employees. - Prepare reports for upper management, finance department and all other relevant departments. - Onboard new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary information and training to successfully start their new role. - Monitor adherence to given HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. - Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating all Brenntag Global HR information to employees. - Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions - Provide support for HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and company events. - Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. - Plan and organize preparation of HR regulatory reports to ensure efficient and effective business operations. - Assure the delivery of end-to-end transactional HR administration activities on company HR tools. - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and procedures. Desired Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university/department. - Fluency in English is a must. The candidate must hold a verbal proficiency in English. The interviews will be conducted in English. - Knowledge of human resources best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant with labor laws. - Proven working experience as a HR specialist or supervisor at least 3-5 years. - People oriented and results driven with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, technical terms & aspects. - Knowledge on over framing HR approaches. Administration Connaissance de la législation locale relative au commerce extérieur. Préparation des dossiers d’autorisation d’importation. Superviser la conformité administrative avec les obligations légales et réglementaires (rapports, déclarations, certificats). Coordonner avec les autres départements pour assurer la fluidité des processus administratifs. Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne du service RH et du personnel (gestion des dossiers, archivage, courriers officiels). Préparer et suivre les documents officiels liés aux contrats de travail, conventions, avenants et attestations. Gérer les demandes internes et externes de renseignements administratifs. Qualifications souhaitées Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine. Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable, avec une capacité de communication orale. Connaissance des meilleures pratiques RH, des lois et réglementations pour garantir la conformité de l’entreprise avec le droit du travail. Expérience professionnelle prouvée en tant que spécialiste RH ou superviseur pendant au moins 3 à 5 ans. Orienté(e) vers les personnes et les résultats, avec une expérience démontrable des indicateurs RH, des termes techniques et des aspects RH. Connaissance des approches globales de la gestion des RH.
