Main Objectives

  • Solid understanding of HR operations in a shared service center
  • Ensure an effective back end operation is run with seamless collaboration with inter departments and external bodies
  • Collaborate with the regional stakeholders with focus in SAP region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine and Vietnam) to oversee the HR payroll and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for BIPO and Workday HRMS

Responsibilities

  • Work as Workday & BIPO HCM admin user in SAP region for new joiner, leaving, transfer cases.
  • Create and maintain the employee master data in Workday and BIPO HRMS for master data
  • Organize and maintain employee records, ensure the confidential form/documents are store in a safety manner.
  • Work as a super user to manage the leave portal in SAP region.
  • Maintain the user account (create, delete, change)
  • Ensure the leave system comply with company HR policy and guidelines
  • Adjust, set up any necessary procedure to support the leave management
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee payroll and personal income tax in accordance to company policy and comply with local country employment law.
  • Conduct monthly payroll or/and coordinate with the 3rd party payroll service provider to execute monthly payroll processing.
  • Providing the payroll data and related monthly reports to local HRBP/Finance to review and record.
  • Participate and manage in adhoc HR projects which may vary in scope and complexity, and provide effective solutions within the timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address urgent or unforeseen business needs, ensuring the successful delivery of time-sensitive tasks

Job Requirement

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience on payroll and master data for Indonesia (Must to have) and SEA countries
  • Knowledge of ERP system, Workday or BIPO will be added advantage
  • Able to multi-tasking, determine priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, Indonesia labor legislation will be added advantage
  • Experience on set up the related procedure and policies
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Fluent in English in writing and speaking, Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Good attitude, communication skill, team player and adaptable to change
