What You'll Do

You will join BCG Istanbul office as part of the local HR team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR Operations services across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted partner to employees and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the smooth execution of core HR processes, including personnel administration, compliance, mobility, and benefits. Working closely with the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) HR team and reporting to the relevant HR Operations leadership, you will support both local and international employees, contributing to a seamless and compliant HR experience aligned with BCG standards. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Global Mobility, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services in a dynamic, international environment.

 

You are good at:

 

  • Managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel administration (e.g. contracts, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, time off, and leave management) while ensuring accurate and well-maintained employee records, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR operations matters;
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience through proper documentation, timely communication, and alignment with internal stakeholders and external providers;
  • Supporting payroll-related activities in collaboration with local vendors, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting and full compliance with local regulations;
  • Administering employees’ benefits and wellbeing programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, parental policies, MyBenefits), ensuring data integrity and effective communication to employees;
  • Managing mobility-related processes, including visas and work permits, coordinating with Global and EMC Mobility, staffing teams, and external partners, and ensuring proper tracking and documentation;
  • Overseeing vacation and leave of absence processes, including data validation, exit calculations, and adherence to internal policies;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations) and external vendors, while contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and employee experience.

 

The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.



What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, personnel administration, or a similar role in a fast-paced, international environment (professional services experience is a plus);
  • Very good communication skills (written and oral) both in Turkish and English;
    Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law, social security, and employment regulations;
  • Experience working with payroll coordination and external vendors. Familiarity with immigration and mobility processes is a plus;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
