HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly capable Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will independently manage key HR initiatives and partner closely with senior leaders across Emerson's Test & Measurement Product R&D (PR&D) organization, with additional support to select General & Administrative (G&A) functions. You will combine disciplined execution with strategic insight to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen talent outcomes, and enhance employee engagement across a globally distributed engineering and corporate portfolio spanning multiple countries. As a valued member of a collaborative and high-performing HR Business Partner organization, you will contribute both hands-on and strategically, ensuring HR priorities are aligned with business goals and grounded in data-driven insights. This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partners, and operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level scope and influence.
