What you´ll do Own and steer global pricing sales enablement governance, standards and compliance across Business Unit Define scalable pricing sales enablement processes and guardrails enabling disciplined regional and local execution. Act as senior sparring partner to regional/local business teams on pricing sales enablement related topics Drive transparency on pricing performance, risks, and opportunities through KPIs and analytics. Act as global business owner and primary counterpart to Adhesives pricing org. for pricing tools, data standards, and target architecture. Lead pricing sales enablement capability building and selected strategic initiatives
