Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Head of Global FSQ Excellence the Global Operations team.
The Head of Global FSQ Excellence will be responsible for ensuring the company’s global food safety and quality is efficient and best in class from design and execution perspective. This position will lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, and programs across the Quality organization. This role will also lead a team of professionals dedicated to building and implementing best in class technologies in Quality Control, analytics, digitalization, and laboratory operations. Responsible for collaborating with various Quality leaders in Global organization to develop clear global food safety and quality efficiency and technology goals, and strategies that provide the proper blend of autonomy and oversight. The role will be pivotal in coordinating efforts to demonstrate scaling up standard methodologies sharing in Sales & brand protection, streamline policies, clarify/standardize key performance indicators in a cost-effective manner.
What's on the menu?
Developing and implementing a global 3-year rolling quality strategy that aligns with the
organization's overall objectives and targets.
Strategic Improvement: Define, implement, and audit Digital Quality Management Systems e.g QMS - eQMS and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, that meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with statutory regulations.
Lead Global Data Analysis & Problem-Solving program - Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement global corrective actions.
Collaborate & Partner at Global and BU Level with cross functional teams such as R&D,
Procurement, Regulatory, Manufacturing
Drive Global Quality Culture from Senior Business level throughout the Shopfloor
Ensure clear Global Quality Communication at all levels of the business on Improvement plans, learnings etc..

I have experience in at least 10 years of experience in a FMCG and quality leadership role, with demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement programs and driving
implementation of modern technology.
I have a strong knowledge of statistics, Six Sigma, Lean and Total Quality Management
I have experience leading and managing teams, including coaching and mentoring employees.
I have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and
opportunities for improvement.
I have the ability to influence key collaborators and senior leaders.
I have experience in implementing digital and IT solutions.
