Go To Market (GTM) Product Manager _ETAS
Job Summary:
We seek a seasoned GTM Product Manager with deep expertise in automotive software architectures (EEA), embedded systems, or semiconductor technologies to drive automotive software product commercialization. You will decode market dynamics, align product roadmaps with technical trends, and position our solutions against competitors to capture market share in the automotive software domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Analyze long/short-term demand trends in automotive software (e.g.: Toolchain/AUTOSAR/EEA/SOA/Middleware/Diagnosis/in-vehicle AI) and quantify addressable market size.
- Benchmark competitor products to identify gaps and USP opportunities.
- Product Strategy Alignment:
- Define product value canvas based on market needs
- Define product entry strategy for different customer categories
- Define differentiated positioning for automotive software stacks
- Collaborate with engineering to design technology roadmaps based on market needs.
- GTM Execution:
- Lead cross teams to develop plans for automotive software product commercialization
- Enable sales team for product promotion and acquisition
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Middleware Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C/C++ programming and expertise in developing communication frameworks for intelligent driving and cockpit products. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing middleware solutions that enable seamless interaction between software and hardware components.
- 7+ years in automotive software industry
- Proven track record in analyzing automotive tech trends
- Fluency in technical concepts: AUTOSAR, QNX, ROS, ASIL-D, etc.
- Experience with Tier 1/OEM collaboration models.
