What you´ll do Safely operate, set up, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures and manufacturing specifications. Monitor product quality and production output, identifying defects and addressing issues to maintain standards. Perform packaging tasks including assembling cartons, filling products, labeling, and ensuring quantities meet shop order requirements. Maintain accurate daily production records and communicate any current or potential production issues to leadership. Support overall production goals by coordinating with team members and adjusting equipment (e.g., gauges, labelers, scales) as needed.
