About this Position The role would support innovation services managing coordination of MOC projects, collaborating with global cross functional teams while helping drive business growth, profitability, and resilience. A key dimension of this role is strong collaboration with internal innovation and cross-functional teams across the globe, strengthening SBU partnerships through project coordination and deliver customer-centric services with speed, quality and consistency. What you´ll do Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables. Plan and coordinate meetings schedules and steering, project meetings, setting timelines, tracking agendas, collecting documentation, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring project status, and driving project delivery Deliver projects on time and provide proactive, regular, and appropriate communication on status of projects to stakeholders Support establishing project coordination services and expansion collaborative relationships with global teams Support continuous improvement by developing, maintaining operational metrics Utilize project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) to maintain visibility and enable informed decision-making Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate safety, health and environmental and quality standards, policies, and procedures at workplace
