About this Position In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract manufacturing (3PM) operations and ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time product supply for the business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, performance, and continuous improvement across 3PM operations. You will act as a key interface between Henkel and external manufacturers, building strong partnerships and delivering results in safety, quality, service, sustainability, and cost, while contributing to business success. What you´ll do Manages BU contract manufacturing operations to ensure on-time supply of quality products Optimizes contract manufacturing footprint and drives continuous improvement initiatives Monitors compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock taking, and legal/Henkel requirements Supports and follows up on BU 3PM compliance audits to ensure timely closure of findings Coordinates with business, Purchasing, and site teams for toller selection and consolidation Manages BU 3PM complaints through CCMS and SCMS and ensures sustainable resolution Oversees toller performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost) and monthly BU 3PM reporting Ensures protection of BU technologies, business information, and materials Builds strong external partnerships and promotes collaboration, accountability, and high performance Contributes to operational excellence and transformation initiatives supporting business growth
