University students who can see their qualifications aligning to a career in the financial services industry can apply for a paid, flexible, multi-year cadetship with ANZ.
The cadetships normally take place on a casual / part-time basis throughout the year. This allows you to gain valuable work experience working one to two days per week in a way that fits your schedule.

Throughout my 10-year career at ANZ, I’ve found immense fulfilment in mentoring both customers and colleagues, witnessing their growth and successes. With eight different roles and counting, I thrive on fostering new skills, investing in people, and participating in leadership programs, which demonstrates ANZ's commitment to people.
