Sony Music’s internship programme gives you the opportunity to gain unparalleled, hands-on experience at the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic and influential record companies. With opportunities spanning marketing, digital, finance, promotions, visual creative, audience development, artist relations, e-commerce, and many more, we are searching for the best future talent, ready to shape what’s next.

Our internships are paid, 12-month, full-time roles starting in January. Positions are London-based, working with labels including, Columbia RecordsRCAMinistry of SoundCommercial GroupMusic For Nations, our in-house creative strategy hub 4th Floor Creative, Commercial Group – home to our catalogue, and Sony Music partners AWAL and The Orchard.

At Sony Music UK, we also run an annual A&R (Artist & Repertoire) Academy where you will experience a masterclass in discovering and developing new and existing artists.

The 12-month, paid opportunity forms part of the wider internship network, and successful applicants will get to work with some of the UK’s most iconic labels, artists, and emerging talent.

Applications for the 2026 A&R Academy will open in November 2025.
