A Day in the Life
We’re looking for an experienced and accomplished finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager - Service & Repair Commercial. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping strategy, and partnering closely with senior leaders to influence meaningful business outcomes.
In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted finance partner to Service & Repair leadership, providing data‑driven insights that support growth, efficiency, and long‑term value creation across the Eurasia region.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on financial analysis to guide decision‑making across Service & Repair commercial organization. You’ll work closely with commercial and operational leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help the business perform at its best.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the finance partner to the Eurasia Service & Repair sales leader, providing insights into revenue, margins, service contracts, cost‑to‑serve, and productivity
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, including service revenue, backlog, gross margin, operating expenses, and key KPIs
Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations for monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and ad‑hoc leadership updates
Conduct deep‑dive financial analyses on service pricing, contract mix, utilization, warranty exposure, field costs, and investment trade‑offs
Support the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with global priorities and financial objectives
Monitor performance versus plan, proactively identifying risks, trends, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards across regions
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools
Lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with organizational standards
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Strong mastery of financial analysis and modeling, with deep understanding of best practices
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects or processes
Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of improving processes or systems
Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, or guiding others
Nice to Have:
Experience with project management methodologies
Background in business performance analysis or commercial finance
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Comfort working in ambiguous, matrixed environments
Strong storytelling skills through impactful reports and financial insights
