About the job

Support the Finance team in managing commercial documents, processing transactions, and preparing reports to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and organize commercial documents (e.g., contracts, liquidations) submitted by business teams.

  • Upload documents to the internal system and maintain physical records.

  • Assist in preparing finance-related reports as assigned.

  • Coordinate with business teams to address day-to-day operational queries.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

  • Full-time internship availability; ability to work on-site.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Basic understanding of finance principles.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.

  • Honest and able to handle confidential information.
