Finance Executive
Role & responsibilities
The candidate will have to be good at FOREX transactions SNRR accounts, invoice tracking, finance coordination, Statutory compliances, audits, etc. and will have to handle office administrative duties such as Vendors such as Safety Equipment, Stationery, food, travel, accommodation, etc.
Job Summary
The Finance Associate acts on key operational functions, ensuring continuity in finance, compliance, vendor management, and administration. This role involves shadowing the primary lead and handling day-to-day tasks independently during absences and driving process efficiency in a project management consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance & Banking: Oversee corporate banking, forex, credit cards, fixed deposits, net banking, bank guarantees, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Compliance & Governance: Manage DSC, Insurance policies, BR, IGR, statutory filings, and audit support.
- Vendor & Operations Management: Procure and coordinate safety equipment, stationery, IT repairs, Xerox, Food, Telecom, and Hotel tie-ups; process invoices and negotiate terms.
- Assets & Office Administration: Track rent, assets, internet, shared drives; support facility management and budget reporting.
- Support monthly financial closes, prepare variance reports, and collaborate on process improvements for resilience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent; MBA advantageous.
- 2-4 years in office operations, finance support & admin.
- Proficiency in M 365, Teams, Outlook, banking portals, and compliance tools.
- Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indian regulations, vendor negotiations, and office management.
