Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair of semiconductor equipment and systems, and support installation activity.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues efficiently and effectively to minimise downtime.

Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections as per established schedules.

Document all service activities, including service reports and customer feedback.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and technologies.

Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Skills & Knowledge:

Qualification in Engineering, Electronics or related field or related professional experience

Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.

Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.

Valid driver’s license

Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Duties also include application of proper industry safety procedures when working with dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional travel to TEL factories, training facilities and customer locations may be required.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
