The beautiful Hilton Des Moines Downtown located in the heart of the city and linked to the Iowa Events Center is seeking an innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead the team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focusing on the development of the team as well as the financial results of the operation. You will be responsible for our outlets (Park Street Bar, Park Street Kitchen and In Room Dining), culinary department, as well as our banquet department in this 330 room hotel with 14,000 square feet of meeting space. As a Food & Beverage Director, you’re not just providing strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
