What you’ll do Drive a “Data First” culture with business and technology collaborators. Lead all aspects of Medallion-style environments on Databricks and Snowflake (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Own key batch and streaming data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability and cost efficiency. Promote DataOps, data quality, observability, security and regulatory compliance. Enable sophisticated analytics and AI/ML use cases across the region. Lead and mentor data engineers and data architects in LATAM. What makes this role different You will own the data strategy for an entire region in a global firm. The firm is heavily investing in analytics and AI. You will work with senior collaborators and global guide communities. What we’re looking for Strong experience leading enterprise data platforms in hybrid or multi cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Lakehouse/Medallion architectures. Proven record designing and operating data pipelines (batch and streaming) and data models for analytics and AI/ML. Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
