Introduction

Then this internship is really something for you! At Shimano, we are looking for a customer service intern who wants to support us for a few months with our work. A very dynamic role where no day is the same.

The Challenge

  • Processing orders.
  • Adjusting and/or updating the work instructions.
  • Managing the mailbox and possibly answering customer inquiries via email and calls.
  • Active calling the customers for the business sales proposals.
  • Assigning cases in Salesforce.
  • Processing credits/debits.
  • Monitoring the status of orders and notifying the appropriate persons in case of deviations or bottlenecks.
  • Maintaining the correct administration of order information in the relevant systems.

What are we looking for?

  • You are enrolled or finishing a degree in Marketing or Economy.
  • You are precise and can work independently.
  • Good command of the Italian language, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Affinity with bicycles.
  • Availability for an internship of 6 months.
