- Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issue
- Taking ownership of the issue
- Escalating contacts efficiently
- Graduate/ high school education
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics.
