CRM Sales Data Analyst
- Collect, cleanse, and maintain CRM data from various sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM systems and sales platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as revenue and conversion rates.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and patterns, providing insights into sales strategies.
- Create regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for the sales team and management, helping them understand performance and adjust strategies.
- Generate visualizations and data insights for executive presentations.
- Use historical data to forecast sales trends and revenue predictions, building predictive models to forecast future sales opportunities and risks.
- Segment customer data based on purchasing behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns, conducting training sessions for sales teams on best practices for CRM data entry and usage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications in analytics is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Python, R, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex data findings simply.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Time management skills are required to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
