Controllership ( Finance)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day banking operations by coordinating with bankers for fund management, payments, and resolution of operational issues.
• Manage investment operations including execution and accounting of mutual fund and bond transactions, in coordination with portfolio managers and bankers.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform reconciliation of investment portfolios and bank accounts on a regular basis.
• Oversee accounting, tracking, and reporting of lender claims related to mortgage guarantee payouts.
• Manage employee reimbursement claims and its accounting and maintain supporting trackers and reports for expense claims.
• Support month-end financial closing activities including preparation of MIS and internal management reports.
• Ensure proper coordination and compliance with internal processes and documentation related to treasury and investment operations.
