Area Sales Manager
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Commercial target for the Flow Product for a region/geography/cluster of Lenders as per the IMGC organization structure and commercial requirements
- Work jointly with Sales Head on other product requirements of Customers and deliver product support on achievement of Target
- Plan and execute product trainings for the Lenders team to build product awareness and resolve for any issues faced during product sale.
- Provide highest level of customer support to customers to promote product adoption.
- Champion the voice of the customer at a national level to develop strategies that will increase market share, customer satisfaction and revenue
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting the right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes
- Working with cross functional teams to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Drive on ground activation/campaigns to increase product awareness Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
