The Senior Associate, Product Delivery Manager will partner closely with the Head of Operations for Consumer Branded Card Product to drive best practices for product delivery across Area Product Groups. You will build and maintain program plans, delivering clear documentation, status touchpoints, and executive-ready updates that ensure transparency and strong governance. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, aligning cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables tied to business goals. You will also refine recurring operating cadences and processes (e.g., portfolio roadmaps, offsites/workshops, budgeting and resourcing) while enabling team effectiveness through consistent communication rhythms, tools/resources, and attention to morale.
