Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study-abroad options, courses, universities, and countries
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through needs-based counseling and sales
- Assess student profiles including academic background, finances, and career goals
- Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, timelines, and fees
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and offer acceptance
- Follow up with prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with admissions, visa, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
- Stay informed about global education trends, partner institutions, and intake cycles
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in education, business, or a related field
- Experience in education counseling or sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Student-centric approach with ethical counseling standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
