Compliance Analyst, Officer, Hybrid
Who we are looking for
State Street Investment Management is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join its Europe Compliance Advisory team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Compliance organization and will be located in State Street’s Dublin office. This role provides an opportunity to work on execution of the firm’s compliance program, with a focus on ESG and sustainability compliance.
A minimum of four days working from the Dublin office is required for this role.

What you will be responsible for
As Compliance Analyst you will:
- Implement the firm’s risk based compliance monitoring program, through effective execution of compliance monitoring testing and advisory reviews.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory and legislative changes.
- Assess compliance breaches, working with the business to remediate compliance issues.
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting for regulators and clients.
- Draft executive management reporting, activity metrics and program status updates.
- Actively contribute to State Street Investment Management’s global ESG compliance program, including monitoring regulatory change, contribute to creation and review of ESG disclosures, supporting the business in client ESG queries, completion of high quality ESG monitoring, compliance advisory reviews, gap analysis, and testing reviews.

- Practical experience working with UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID, and ESG rules in the European Union.
- Technical knowledge of global ESG rules a distinct advantage.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Education to degree level, preferably in law, finance, business or related discipline.
- Additional compliance, investment fund, asset management or related certifications.
- Minimum of 2 year relevant compliance experience within asset management or investment funds.
- Fluent English is a must, any other languages are an advantage.
