Communications Manager
Lead and deliver the global colleague engagement strategy for Technology in India by partnering with leadership teams and local colleagues. Drive engagement through targeted events, communications and strategic initiatives that strengthen internal connection, improve decision‑making, enhance productivity, and support effective prioritisation and retention across Tesco Technology.
- Ownership and delivery on colleague engagement strategy in India - Technology
- Representing the voice of Technology colleagues in India
- Hold colleague listening, review of insights and data to understand as is colleague engagement and identity opportunities
- Ownership and delivery of global Technology events held in India
- Support planning and delivery of local Technology events in India
- Provide local challenges/opportunities into Global colleague engagement strategy
- Managing local communication channels (email, comms platforms)
- Evaluating effectiveness of engagement with stakeholders, analysing results and taking action
- Being the point of contact for colleague engagement in India for Technology
- Colleague listening to understand effectiveness/pain points/improvement plans
