Communication and Process Specialist EMEA

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and Group policies.
- Create and publish high-quality content across various channels (CMS, emails, newsletters, social media).
- Support surveys and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and format across regions.
- Collaborate with VP EMEA on communication initiatives, campaigns, and meetings.
- Coordinate the harmonization and documentation of operational procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with global guidelines and collaborate with other departments for seamless integration.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
- Support project teams and adjust communication methods to meet audience needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of communications planning experience with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Preferably with large brands.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in CMS, media planning tools, and MS Office.
- Basic graphic design skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English is a must.
