Client Partner - CPG, Auto, D2C & Health
Meta is seeking a Client Partner to bring the full potential of its advertising, messaging, and AI solutions to India's large advertisers across its CPG/FMCG, Automotive, and Direct-to-Consumer verticals. The individual contributor position reports to Director, CPG-Automotive-D2C and will work closely with multiple Client Solutions Managers across all the 3 verticals in a matrixed and collaborative orientation. You will be successful in this role if you have proven understanding of brand and performance media, combined with a detailed understanding of your clients' business goals and you can bring strategy, brand and product expertise to fuel long-term growth for the client and for Meta. The ideal candidate will have a mix of demonstrated Brand Management experience in FMCG/Durables/Retail/Auto Space and Sales & Media planning experience in a digital heavy business. Experience in media or media tech companies will be a plus, but not a necessity. Industry understanding, analytical skills with experience interpreting data to inform business strategy, multi category CXO management and the ability to reach and influence decision-makers. A strong ‘can-do’ spirit that drives a self-starter are a must. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, critical to Meta’s India success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship with senior stakeholders, CXOs & Agency teams across key Meta customers in CPG, Auto and D2C and drive adoption of Meta advertising products and solutions
- Analyze and understand industry trends, shape the long term client charter and articulate role of Meta’s products and solutions in industry and client’s marketing/business objectives
- Prospect and partner with media agencies, WhatsApp BSPs by building relationships with key decision makers
- Create and deliver a compelling Meta proposition using client industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the value proposition and inspire action
- Understand and drive adoption of key marketing research and measurement tools that help clients understand the impact of Meta’s products and solutions
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
- Ensure that our clients receive responsive, high-quality sales and operational customer service, and be the voice of the customer in the organization
- Exceed goals in product adoption, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in Brand marketing and/or sales in digital first or complex and iconic brand led businesses
- Proven experience in communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Proven analytical skills with experience in sharing compelling stories leveraging data
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex relationships
- Knowledge of media, online advertising and agencies
- Learning Agility: Ability to thrive in and enjoy a fast changing environment Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience in Brand marketing, Media, OTT, Consumer technology business
