Client Operations Delivery Analyst
The Client Operations Delivery Analyst runs, supports, or enables commercial transactions for Cisco’s customers, partners, or internal collaborators. The Client Operations Delivery Analyst drives efficiency in operational processes with a focus on removing friction for collaborators, improving productivity and ensuring positive customer experience and maintaining data quality.
Ensure that Cisco’s customers’, partners’ and internal collaborators' transactions are driven seamlessly, with a constant focus on customer experience. Find opportunities to streamline, automate or outsource segments of Cisco’s commerce processes or internal processes. Enable clients to do business with Cisco more easily thru self-serve options, training. Perform data analysis using niche domain knowledge and business expertise. Identify patterns in data, draw insights and make recommendations to fix issues, and optimize processes in order to avoid future issues and maintain data quality. Identify problems that impact ability to deliver, ability to achieve margins, or are areas of inconsistency in the business. Develop recommendations for new business processes and adaption of business tools in support of changes. Work with collaborators to enable them to more smoothly perform transactions and conduct business with Cisco.
As Cisco's pricing and discounting strategy continues to evolve, there is an increasing need for niche expertise to bridge the gap between strategic customer pricing and incentive initiatives and the operational data infrastructure required to support them. This role is crucial to transforming sophisticated business strategies into actionable data requirements for internal tools, while simultaneously driving process automation to ensure the seamless management and maintenance of price and discount data.
Introducing a seasoned analyst will enable Cisco to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate the launch of Cisco’s portfolio of offers, and deliver a more agile response to market demands. By streamlining data processes and ensuring accuracy, this role will directly support faster time-to-market for new offers, pricing strategy, and partner incentives, ultimately driving incremental revenue and strengthening Cisco’s competitive edge.

Your Impact
The Client Operations Analyst within Pricing Operations will bridge the gap between Cisco’s partner pricing strategy and discount incentives and the operational data infrastructure required to support them.
This individual will work directly with Business Units and Finance to implement and maintain Cisco’s pricing strategy across its entire portfolio of products, as well as work with Partner Incentive Owners to provide support of the strategy, setup and maintenance of high-revenue generating partner incentive offers. They will be responsible for understanding offer and sales business strategy translating it into clear data requirements to ensure correct partner prices and discounts are applied in Cisco’s commerce platform for hardware, software, service, and all subscription motions. This individual will also serve as point of contact for managing, tracking, reporting and resolving issues with the offer setups.
The Client Operations Analyst works multi-functionally to analyze business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and implements solutions that enhance productivity and drive business performance.
- Understand sophisticated business strategies and requirements and translate into clear data requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sophisticated data sets to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making
- Develop, lead and participate in multi-functional projects and initiatives to implement new offer setups, as well as operational changes and improvements
- Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and develop strategies to optimize workflows and operations
- Work multi-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT, to understand their operational needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Deliver training and support to team members on new processes and tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant business analysis experience within the IT industry, including tasks such as data analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement and process automation
- Experience leading data analysis and audit projects involving large data sets, where high-level Excel skills, including the use of macros, pivots, formulas, and data slicing, were used to identify trends and insights, resulting in actionable business strategies
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data from at least four different sources to identify root cause of a problem, evaluate alternative solutions, with documented success in presenting and explaining findings to multi-functional teams, leading to consensus on a strategic path forward
- Proven proficiency in process and change management, demonstrated by leading at least two change initiatives that resulted in 100% user adoption and at least 20% improvement in process efficiency
- Demonstrable experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining automated solutions that streamline sophisticated operational workflows, resulting in increased process efficiency and reduced manual intervention.
