CE Lead Insight Performance & Capability Manager
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Orchestrating Insight delivery across the region
- Translate business priorities into high-impact insight projects, combining research, analytics and market data
- Shape how work gets done by defining priorities, resourcing and delivery models across teams and partners
- Continuously evolve our ways of working and tools to deliver faster, smarter and more actionable insights
Owning the Insight agency and data ecosystem
- Define and lead the Insight partner strategy across Central Europe
- Manage key partners and design effective collaboration models, contracts and research programmes
- Drive quality, efficiency and value, ensuring our investments deliver measurable business impact
Building Insight capabilities across the team
- Define and deliver a forward-looking capability roadmap for the Insight function
- Elevate the team\s craft in synthesis, storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders
- Embed high standards and new ways of working, including the use of AI in insight generation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
We\re looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into impact and shaping how Insight drives business decisions.
- University education
- Min. 5 years\" experience in customer insight, analytics or market research (retail or FMCG preferred)
- Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
- People management experience
- Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Experience working with multiple data sources in a cross-functional environment
- Exposure to agency or partner management is a plus
