Join our Sports Medicine business at a pivotal moment of growth. As Business Development Manager SOEUR, you will lead the commercial strategy for a high potential territory, shaping how we partner with customers and grow our arthroscopy portfolio across Southern Europe. Based in Barcelona and working in a field based sales leadership role, this is an opportunity to combine strategic influence, people leadership and deep market expertise to make a lasting impact.
What will you be doing?
You will take ownership of the Sports Medicine SOEUR business, leading both strategy and execution across the territory. Working closely with a team of Business Development Specialists and the wider sales organisation, you will identify and develop new opportunities, build long term relationships with key customers and influencers, and adapt our value proposition to meet the needs of each account. Your role will balance planning and analysis with hands on commercial leadership, guiding complex projects from opportunity to delivery while ensuring quality, collaboration and sustainable growth.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from combining commercial leadership with strong technical credibility in the Sports Medicine environment.
Proven experience in sales and or marketing within the healthcare sector, with strong knowledge of the arthroscopy market, customers and competitive landscape
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop specialist teams, working collaboratively across sales, marketing and regional stakeholders
A technical or engineering background is ideal, supporting credibility in complex product discussions and customer engagements
Strong communication skills with a high level of English; Italian and or Portuguese language skills are desirable for SOEUR territory coverage
