Are you looking to grow your career in Sales? Do you want to join a dynamic team with a proven track record of internal growth and career advancement opportunities? We have an exciting opportunity to join our New Zealand Sales Team as Business Development Manager at Kraft Heinz, based in Auckland.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Managing Alt channel customers – Costco, The Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, and many other route customers 

  • Managing Private label portfolio for Foodstuffs and Woolworths. 

  • Managing Artwork update projects for Private label lines. 

  • Responsible for reducing SCL (SLOB and clearance) for NZ business. 

  • Work with the Head of New Business Development to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards. 

  • Sell to targeted new accounts (Focusing on specific channels and categories). 

  • Identify and lock potential new accounts. 

  • Establish/negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget. 

  • Lead cross-functional partners to deliver results. 

  • Own the P&L for a portfolio of categories 

  • Be actively involved in the day to day management of potential or current contract manufacturing relationships 

  • Manage the IBP process for your portfolio   

  • Develop and work with accounts and internal units to create tailored product solutions and JBPs. 

  • Monitor performance, taking corrective action where appropriate 

  • Communicate information regarding forecasting, opportunity pipeline, NPDs, Price, to key internal stakeholders.
