You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

Oncology (Varian ARIA) OR dialysis OR specialty clinics, Clinical workflows understanding, Vendor coordination, SQL familiarity (light)
Key Responsibilities
Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications. Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes. Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
Mentoring & Team Leadership
Provides peer support, begins mentoring associates on troubleshooting and operational workflows, and collaborates across modules. Works alongside and performs peer review for AC teams.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Performs independent configuration changes, maintenance builds, and moderate troubleshooting for one or more Clinical Application areas. Executes approved change requests, validates system behavior post-change, and ensures accuracy of configuration against documented standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Leads functional and regression testing for configuration changes and patches. Conducts testing, resolves moderately complex issues, and documents results. Validates system stability after maintenance windows.
End-User Support & Training
Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation. Provides training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues.
Documentation & Collaboration
Develops and maintains workflow documentation, operational runbooks, and change logs. Collaborates with other application teams to ensure cross-team visibility on configuration changes and known issues.
Analytical & Technical Skills
Applies analytical thinking to incident trend analysis, root cause identification, and system optimization. Intermediate proficiency in Clinical Application tools (e.g., Chronicles, Hyperspace, Reporting Workbench).
Communication Skills
Communicates effectively with end-users, stakeholders, and technical peers regarding ticket status, system changes, and issue resolution.
Global Collaboration & Handoffs
Conducts structured shift handoffs with US-based teams, providing detailed status updates on open issues, pending changes, and items requiring onshore follow-up. Produces clear async documentation including ticket summaries and next-step recommendations for cross-timezone continuity. Helps refine handoff templates and escalation protocols.
Healthcare Knowledge & Domain Expertise
Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications. Understands how system maintenance and configuration changes impact inpatient, ambulatory, and scheduling workflows.
