HybridWhat you will do
The Brand Manager – Self Care LATAM plays a key role in driving the regional growth strategy across Latin America for a defined portfolio of brands. This position is responsible for leading innovation, shaping brand strategy, and partnering with local teams to deliver sustainable business growth in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Local, Regional, and Global teams.
This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Self Care LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
• Business & Strategy
- Lead the LATAM brand strategy, ensuring alignment with Global and Regional priorities
- Monitor performance (sell-out, market share, KPIs) and define corrective actions with local teams across portfolio and communication initiatives
- Analyze category, competition, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
• Innovation
- Lead end-to-end innovation pipeline (ideation to launch)
- Partner with CMI/CBI to generate insights and validate opportunities (concept tests, volumetrics)
- Ensure strong cross-functional execution across product, claims, and go-to-market
- Ensure a balanced pipeline across core renovation, incremental innovation, and breakthrough initiatives
• Communication
- Define regional communication frameworks aligned with global strategy
- Partner with markets to ensure consistent and effective execution
• Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate and influence Local, Regional, and Global teams
- Align cross-functional areas (R&D, Regulatory, Supply, Finance) to deliver priorities
• Analytics & Execution
- Leverage data (e.g., IQVIA) to drive decisions and identify risks/opportunities
- Manage multiple initiatives with agility and strong execution discipline
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Solid marketing experience (Consumer Health, OTC, or FMCG preferred)
- Experience leading innovation projects end-to-end
- Strong background in consumer insights and analytics
- Experience in communication strategy and execution
- Familiarity with market data tools (e.g., IQVIA)
- Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced English
