About this Position This position is part of SK retail MKT – brand design team, which will offer you a great opportunity to have a holistic view on category strategy, portfolio, pipeline and each NPD. You will be the creator for future “HERO SKU”. What you´ll do CATEGORY STRATEGY: - Support Fashion Color Styling category strategy based on category/market trends and consumer insights, defines clear roadmap and growth priorities for category and brands in China. - Support Fashion Color Styling 5Y pipeline in China market to drive category growth. NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT: - Market intelligence: familiarize with Fashion Color Styling category trend and local market consumer insights to create new products ideation. - Lead collaboration with regional team on regional NPD development and ensure all NPD on-time-in-full delivery in China. - New Product Development: execute NPD projects including conceptualization, validations (GOI, GOII), development (formula, claim, packaging, artwork, price) with internal and external partners (R D, NPI, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Legal, Agencies, etc.) and implementation. - NPD handbook: compile handbook including NPD background, NPD details, communication strategy and NPD launch toolkit. NPD LAUNCH TRACKING: - Launch tracking: closely monitors launch performance and coordinates with local market to seek optimization opportunity. BRAND PLAYBOOK (local brand): - Develops brand playbook including manifesto, brand purpose, brand proposition, TA, Attributes and key benefits, brand role, etc.
