About this Position Assist the leader for SK pillar products desirability and demand building with clear measurements. Working closely with cross functions on monthly L17 spending tracking and process optimization. Meanwhile, highly driving investment efficiency for E-com channels business plan and own hero product seeding. What you´ll do E-com paid media: - E-com omni channel paid media strategy: Co-work with ISV and channels, tracking/optimizing in-site paid media touchpoints’ efficiency in daily work, as well as out-site investment like hero SKU seeding, to generate wholistic view of channel P L. Content seeding: - See KFS seeding strategy of hero products like product content angles, KOL selection, paid ads, responsible for its social media KPI and E-com in-site conversion tracking. L17 management 30% : Category team/media planning/COE/Polaris L17 management. - PO process management (from placing to receiving, evaluation of supporting document). - Vendor budget tracking, Work closely with cross functions to monthly consolidate and track. Individually Tasks: - Data monitoring and tracking. - Analysis and generate report for action plan. - Communication with other inner functions.
