Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.

Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
参与周边设计沟通、材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进。

Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
熟练使用 AI 工具辅助数据分析、选品分析、成本测算及竞品周边监测。

Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.
协助整理各地区周边需求，跟踪项目进度并及时反馈，同时协助库存管理。
