（Asso）Product Manager - Cardiac/Metabolic/Emergency disease
FUNCTION: This position is responsible to manage product lifecycle, develop and maintain Cardiac portfolio, work closely with sales team, service team, upstream product manager, business development, finance and scientific affair team as technical guidance, push the value chain to drive the business growth.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position is responsible to ensure the success of important portion of Cardiac business along the product life cycle management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
- Develop Cardiac panel business plan and execute it accordingly.
- Project management capability for new assay.
- Technically support sales, service team, scientific affairs and local MKT
- Dig customers’ needs of Cardiac and translate into insights.
- Work closely with global/suppliers and develop product sales tools.
- Be acquainted with medical periodicals and magazines for Ads promotion.
- Plan and organize resources for all marketing strategies to ensure that they are being effectively carried out.
- Conduct market and product opportunity assessment and provide support for strategic new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operation units to provide training and consultation to sale teams on the technical/application issues surrounding products.
- Develop publication plan to build up scientific share of voice on products.
