In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the strong PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate financial transactions across various systems and accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reconciliation processes
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit purposes
• Adhere to internal control procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reconciliation or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
