What your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions that create meaningful value
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive account strategies and annual business plans
- Manage complex, multi-service client portfolios and oversee seamless service delivery across disciplines
- Set clear account revenue targets and drive profitable growth through identification of new business opportunities and expansion of existing services
- Assemble and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to support client needs
- Monitor account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and service delivery quality
- Implement effective risk management strategies within the account
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage firm-wide resources and expertise
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business
- Stay current on market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
- Participate in business development activities, including networking events and industry conferences
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in client relationship management, business development, or related field
- Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate services and market dynamics
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex service delivery
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
